Database Division is one of the divisions in the English Club that is in charge of Procurement, Inventory data collection, Archives and maintaining the secretariat. This means that the Database Division serves as the coordinator in maintaining the security, comfort, cleanliness of the secretariat and facilitating the items needed so that English Club members are comfortable when they are in the secret.
